Colorfix AI Image Service Payment and Refund Policy
Welcome to the AI image restoration, colorization, and image-to-animation subscription services provided by Colorfix (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). To clarify payment and refund matters during your use of our services and protect your legitimate rights and interests, we have formulated this policy. Please read carefully before using our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to all contents of this policy.
1. Payment Terms
1.1 Payment Methods
This website supports various secure and convenient payment methods, including but not limited to:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, etc.) and debit cards;
- Third-party payment platforms (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, etc.).
You can choose the appropriate payment method according to your needs. All payment operations are completed through encrypted channels to ensure the security of your payment information.
1.2 Subscription Plans and Fees
Our services adopt a subscription model, offering various subscription plans for you to choose from. Different plans correspond to different service periods (such as monthly, quarterly, annual) and service benefits (such as monthly image processing quantity, advanced feature usage permissions, etc.). Specific subscription content and fees will be clearly displayed on the service purchase page, with fees denominated in Chinese Yuan (except for special regions, which will be converted according to local currency).
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees based on market conditions, service costs, and feature updates. Adjusted prices will take effect after website announcement. If you have already subscribed to services, the adjusted price will not affect the current subscription cycle and will apply from the next subscription cycle.
1.3 Payment Process
- Log into your Colorfix account and enter the "Subscription Center" to select the desired subscription plan;
- After confirming that the subscription information (including duration, fees, benefits, etc.) is correct, click "Confirm Payment";
- Redirect to the payment page and complete the payment operation as prompted;
- After successful payment, the system will immediately activate the corresponding subscription permissions. You can view your service status in "Personal Center - My Subscriptions".
1.4 Invoice Issuance
If you need to issue an invoice, please apply within 15 working days after successful payment through the following methods:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Invoice Application + Order Number", and provide the invoice title, tax number (if you need a special VAT invoice, additional general taxpayer certificate information is required), and receiving email;
- We will issue an electronic invoice within 3-5 working days after receiving the application and send it to your provided email. If you need a paper invoice, please specify in the application, and shipping costs will be borne by you.
2. Refund Terms
2.1 Refundable Situations
- After subscribing to services, if you have not used any service functions (including not uploading images or generating processing results) and apply for a refund within 7 days after the subscription takes effect, a full refund is available;
- If you cannot use the service normally due to technical failures on our website and the issue is not resolved within 24 hours after your feedback, you can apply for a full refund (refund amount is the current unused subscription fee);
- Due to our errors causing duplicate payments or incorrect payment amounts, we will refund the overpaid portion within 3 working days after verification.
2.2 Non-refundable Situations
- You have already used our services to process images (including but not limited to uploading images, generating restoration/colorization/animation results);
- Subscription service exceeds 7 days without the above refundable situations;
- Unable to use services due to your own reasons (such as account theft, device failure, network issues, etc.);
- You apply for refunds for reasons such as "no longer need services" or "don't like features" that are not our website's fault;
- For orders that have already issued invoices, invoices must be returned first (electronic invoices need to be cancelled) before processing refunds, otherwise they will not be accepted.
2.3 Refund Process
- If you meet the refund conditions, you can send an email to [email protected] to apply, specifying the order number, refund reason, and payment account information (consistent with the payment account);
- We will review within 3 working days after receiving the application, and the review results will be fed back via email;
- After approval, the refund amount will be returned through the original payment path. The arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of payment institutions and banks, generally 1-7 working days.
3. Other Provisions

This policy, together with Colorfix's terms of service, privacy policy, etc., constitutes the service agreement between you and us. In case of conflicts, this policy shall prevail.

We reserve the right to revise this policy based on changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The revised policy will be announced on the website homepage and take effect from the announcement date. If you continue to use the service, you are deemed to accept the revised content.
